“The Nutcracker”, performed by the renowned Boston Ballet, is a long-standing New England Tradition. This charming story is set in 1835 Germany and centers on Clara and the beautifully handcrafted Nutcracker doll she receives for Christmas from her Godfather. Clara and her magical Nutcracker doll take an enchanting journey to the Kingdom of Sweets that ends with the infamous dance of The Sugar Plum Fairy.
