It’s hot and exciting…and it’s the cool place to be. Your New Jersey adventure begins at Trump’s Taj Mahal in Atlantic City. Good times await with plenty of entertainment, great dining and famous performers.
After an exciting overnight in Atlantic City, it’s a short drive to our stay in Cape May. Settled by whalers and fisherman in colonial times, Cape May has been the destination of vacationers since “resorting” to a different location began, making it America’s oldest seaside resort. Unlike other Jersey shore towns, Cape May City still looks like “small town America,” complete with tree-canopied streets right out of a Norman Rockwell painting. Step back to the days of old as you visit historical estates, inns and gardens. Tour the 1879 Emlen Physick Estate, Cape May’s Victorian showplace, with 15 rooms authentically restored to their original grandeur. Visit the newly restored Cape May Lighthouse, one of the oldest continually operating lighthouses in the United States, and enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Jersey Cape where the Delaware Bay meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy special tours, lectures, gourmet meals in charming Victorian settings, dinner-theater, and much more.
