Reservation & Payment Information

Price:
Please provide us with your destination activities, estimated number of students/chaperones and approximate dates of travel. Prices quoted are subject to change (lower/higher) based on the final number of student/chaperones and hotel rooms required.

Reservations and Payments:
Reservations will be accepted subject to availability at the time of a request. A deposit is due within two weeks of confirming a school tour reservation:

Unless specified, final payment and tentative rooming lists are due 45 days prior to tour departure.

Cancellation Charges:
If you cancel for any reason prior to tour departure, the cancellation fees are as follows:
up to 45 days prior to departure: $25.00 per person
45 days or less prior to departure, your payment is non-refundable.

Name Changes / Transferring Reservations
There is no charge for name changes / reservation transfers on motorcoach school tours. Groups with air transport are subject to the rules of the airline carrier.

Accommodations:
Accommodations are based on quad occupancy for students and double occupancy for chaperones unless otherwise stated. Triple/quad rooms usually have two double beds.
Please note: Hotels have additional charges for a rollaway bed.

Travelers with Special Needs:
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Plymouth Travel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants. Please advise of travelers needing special assistance at the time of booking.

Canadian Customs and Immigration for 2007:
To enter and leave Canada, all US citizens should carry proof of citizenship such as a birth
certificate, voters registration card, an old passport or naturalization papers, along with a photo ID. (Students are required to have proof of citizenship, no picture ID required.) Non-citizens must have a valid passport or alien card that permits entry into Canada

School officials must have signed permission slips from all parents allowing their child to travel into Canada. These permission slips must be available at the border to present upon request of Canadian officials.

Fuel Surcharges:
Due to the volatility of fuel costs, our contracts with airline, cruise lines and motorcoach companies includes their right to increase their charges based on unanticipated increases in fuel prices.

Responsibility Statement:
Plymouth Travel Incorporated, herein referred to as PTI, acts only as an agent on behalf of its tour patrons in arranging transportation, accommodations, sightseeing and other services. They are not responsible for deficiencies on the part of hotels, restaurants, airlines, cruise lines or any other company providing tour inclusions. PTI, nor any of its representatives, shall not become liable or responsible in any way in connection with means of transportation or other services for any loss, injury or damage to, or in respect of, person or property however caused or arising. We reserve the right to change any arrangements herein set forth should conditions necessitate, offering substitutes of equal value, or to cancel any scheduled tour. PTI is not responsible for delays, extra expenses or any other inconveniences to passengers due to weather conditions, other “Acts of God,” and acts of terrorism. The right is reserved to decline, to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time.
